KhetKart Cancellation Policy

1. Order Cancellation by Users

  1. Users can cancel their order within 24 hours of placing the order or before the order is processed/shipped, whichever is earlier.
  2. To cancel an order, users must log in to their KhetKart account and select the “Cancel Order” option or contact customer support.

2. Cancellation After Processing

  1. Once an order has been processed or dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
  2. In such cases, users may refer to the Return & Refund Policy (if applicable).

3. Instant Services / Bookings (e.g., Equipment, Services, Rentals)

  1. Cancellations must be made at least 12–24 hours prior to the scheduled service time.
  2. Late cancellations may attract a cancellation fee or may not be eligible for a refund.

4. Seller-Initiated Cancellation

  1. KhetKart or the seller reserves the right to cancel an order due to:
  2. Product unavailability
  3. Pricing errors
  4. Payment issues
  5. Logistics constraints
  6. In such cases, users will be notified, and a full refund will be initiated.

5. Refund for Cancelled Orders

  1. If the cancellation is successful:
  2. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
  3. The refund timeline is typically 5–7 business days, depending on the payment provider.

6. Non-Cancellable Items

  1. Certain items/services may not be eligible for cancellation, including:
  2. Customized or made-to-order products
  3. Perishable goods
  4. Final sale or clearance items

7. Abuse of Cancellation Policy

  1. KhetKart reserves the right to restrict or block accounts that show repeated misuse of the cancellation feature.
